VYHIN Water — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using VYHIN Water (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. About VYHIN Water

VYHIN Water helps you track your water intake, set hydration goals, view your progress, and receive reminders. The App is intended as a general wellness and self-tracking tool.

3. Hydration Information Disclaimer

Any water intake amount, hydration goal, calculation, estimate, or other information shown by the App is approximate and provided for general informational purposes only. Individual hydration needs vary based on factors including health, activity, climate, diet, age, and medical conditions.

VYHIN Water is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided by the App is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for decisions about your water intake and for using the App appropriately. Do not rely solely on the App to determine how much water you should consume.

If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit or manage fluid intake, follow the recommendations of your physician or another qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional medical advice if you have questions or concerns about hydration or your health.

5. Notifications and Reminders

Notifications and reminders are an assistive feature only. Their delivery may depend on Android or iOS, notification permissions, battery optimization, background activity restrictions, network conditions, and other device settings or system behavior.

We do not guarantee that every notification or reminder will be delivered, displayed, or delivered at a particular time. You remain responsible for managing your hydration without relying on reminders.

6. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or other parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

7. Intellectual Property

The VYHIN and VYHIN Water names, designs, logos, software, interfaces, content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its materials without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, operating systems, app stores, or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, operation, or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYHIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App, reliance on hydration estimates, or missed or delayed notifications. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable requirements. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
